The Tree of Life is being consumed... stripped of your memories and powers by a sacrificial act, you find yourself in possession of the Corruption Extractor - the only tool that can remove the Corruption from the roots of this world.
Each defeat brings you back to the Tree's roots, where it restores your powers in exchange for the corrupted essence extracted during your trial.
Your mission: purify the Tree's timelines - for each failed attempt leaves a branch doomed to oblivion...

With a minimalist feel, Iconia Defenders strips things back to give you a clean and accessible tower defense experience. Battle waves of enemies with a satisfying feedback loop in remembrance of the old school flash games, and a clear view of everything on screen - allowing you to hone your strategy and really feel the results.

Iconia Defender's demo is available here in itchio, and in Steam. It is actually the first part of the game, where you can fight and experience the game's core loop till the first boss of the game at wave 14. You can even defeat the boss if you played your cards well.

On the demo you can experience most of the mechanics of the game (except those not developed yet) and the only limitation right now is the content. 

About us:

My name is Rodrigo Soria, I am an argentinian indie developer. Together with my wife (she is the artist) we are making Iconia Defenders, inspired by the good ol' tower defenses.
We started this project around november 2023. It is been a while under development and I learnt a lot of things not only about making a game but also about the intricancies of setting up a business and all the ground work behind making this dream come true.
This is my first commercial project, I do have other "mini games" that I did while learning to use Lua and Unity but I just never uploaded them to the public.

So I would like to know what your thoughts are about the game, its mechanics, aesthetics, and whatever ideas or feedback you have about it.
